Requirements:
1) 5+ year experience with standards / specifications in construction industry (AE firm, Construction planning, Standards development)
2) Bachelor degree in Engineering or related field
3) Strong project management skills
4) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
5) Intermediate skill level with Microsoft Office. Proficiency in AutoCAD and BluBeam (or other PDF editing software).
Additional desired qualifications
1) Professional Engineering License (PE)
2) 3+ year experience in industrial mechanical systems (piping, chilled water, compressed air, etc)
