Responsibilities

  • Define program and project scope and objectives, ensuring alignment with the company's long-term strategic goals and priorities.
  • Develop detailed project plans to track progress and maintain comprehensive documentation.
  • Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams to design scalable solutions that meet business needs and satisfy company/client requirements.
  • Lead the implementation and operationalization of cruise partner initiatives in line with ONE’s strategic objectives.
  • Strategize, implement, and maintain cruise and tour partner initiatives, ensuring they align with ONE’s overarching goals.
  • Establish regular communication with senior management to report on project status, risks, and timelines.
  • Build and sustain trusting relationships with internal stakeholders and key clients.
  • Develop and optimize communication processes for both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to meet client expectations and internal targets.
  • Collect data and generate reports to provide insights and inform future strategies.
  • Prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment while guiding project teams to successful completion.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of hands-on experience managing complex projects across multiple teams.
  • Expertise in project management disciplines, including scope, schedule, and quality, with preferred experience in risk and critical path management.
  • Proven track record in driving client-facing initiatives that significantly contribute to business success.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective interaction with clients and internal stakeholders at all levels.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Analytical mindset with critical thinking abilities and a proactive approach.
  • Proficiency in standard project management tools, especially Smartsheet, preferred.
  • Adaptability and flexibility to excel in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail.
