Job Title: Data entry specialist
Location: Piscataway, NJ 08854
Duration: 3 months with possible extension
Pay rate: $25/hour on W2
Key Responsibilities:
Data Entry Management: Using inputs from the commercial team, review, organize, track and accurately enter correct information into various systems
Reporting: Report on information to confirm that it is accurate and track issues with reason codes
Communication: Raise any issues or unexpected outcomes with commercial team in a timely manner
Education:
High School Diploma required, Associates/Bachelor’s degree preferred
Experience: 1-2 years’ experience in administrative role or data entry preferred
Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
Ability to work independently on week-long tasks.
Strong organizational skills.
Problem-solving mindset and proactive attitude.
Fast and adaptable learner
Preferred Qualifications:
Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills or equivalent tool
Experience with AI (Copilot) as a problem solving tool
Experience with SAP or ERP tool equivalent.
